My favourite make up style has to be nude lips and smokey eyes The models make up below is basically my idea of a dream, especially the left - glowy skin, nude lips, smokey wet look eyes, and she looks amazzzing. Plan to do my own make up once ive got over the cringe of taking pictures!!

At the minute I'm absolutely adoring flower clips. Acessorise does some really beautiful ones but they're a bit expensive, I've picked up a couple of pale pink clips as i love that colour, and wear a lot of nude/pinky clothes so i thought they'd be lovely for spring/summer. One was £6 and the other £8, but I had a voucher so it wasn't too bad, and they really are beautiful :)

Indulgencess :)

Just what a girl needs to chill out, had the last nasty cancer jab this morning so am feeling very sorry for myself...
what katie did next and super sweet sixteen are my favourite trash tv right now, and you cant beat good old ben and jerrys. The only men who really understand women!

I.LOVE.THIS. I first experienced bed Head after party serum after staying the night at one of my friends a couple of years ago - she has a pretyy good collection of stuff, and me and another friend ALWAYS use her stuff when we go round. Now i've bought my own though i dont have to rely on hers :)
This stuff really is amazing, in an earlier post i said i use talcum powder and dry shampoo on my hair - i always use bed head first to smooth everything down, and then powders to give it a bit of oomph. If anyone has curly hair prone to frizz, using these two items seriously helps it after nights out :))

volumious hairrr

I have very very curly hair, and used to have no idea what to do with it - used to brush it completely and left it a mahoosive frizzy mess. Now I wash and blowdry with curling mousse which i hope! looks a lot better
Even though i have curly hair it's not wonderfully thick, and i really hate thin looking hair.
To stop this, i love dry shampoo, but as this can be quite expensive (i dont like using batiste even though its cheaper) so i tend to use talcum powder instead
I first read about using this as an alternative a couple of years ago, and i completely agree
Because my hair is such a light blonde I can get away with it, it takes away any oily residue and gives my roots volume as well
Just don't use perfumed talc or you'll smell like a baby, i use simple talc to avoid this :)

The nicest mascara i have at the minute would have to be ysl false lash effect mascara
I call it my nicest because everything about it is amazing - it thickens, lengthens and defines amazingly, and is such an intense black it provides a really dramatic look

The best thing about this mascara id have to say though is its to die for smell - that horrible acidic smell you often get with mascaras is reinvented as one that seems infused with perfume! I think the price is worth that alone, it makes such a difference and the signature luxe gold packaging is a welcome addition to any make up bag :)

Best Mascaras :)

As I'm very pale and fair, i used to think black eye make up didnt suit me, but ive changed my mind and now think the new black pigment mascaras availble now are fantastic, as they give a really dramatic effect to the eye

My favourite day-to-day mascara that i wear for school would have to be maybelline colossal lash mascara. There's so much praise for this on the blogging community, and i completely agree.
It thickens and lengthens extremely well, and i really like the thick brush. At the minute Im using the brown version of this mascara as it was discounted, but i cant say i notice that much difference between that and the black version!
However, this might be because im so pale, and if you have darker skin, you might want to opt for the black

eye cream

Whilst I dont really ever suffer from dark circles, im aware that the better i look after delicate eye areas now, the less likely ill have manky lines and bags when im older, so i figured finding a good eye cream would be really beneficial in the long run

I received this clinique eye cream in a free gift a few months ago, and really like it. The texture's incredibly thick and rich, and i feel it makes a difference to the skin around my eyes in softness especially

I apply this before bed if i feel my eyes are delicate, and when i wake up in the morning my eyes feel a lot calmer and softer

as i dont suffer from dark circles i wouldnt be able to recommend this as a solver, but for anybody worried about the skin around their eyes showing lines and not getting enough moisture, definitely buy this :)

Skincare Routine :)
After god knows how many years of bad skin, which appeared when i was 13ish and lasted for three years, ive finally worked out a routine that really works for me, and that i stick to
( i also have the benefit of being on the pill, which has made so much difference its unreal, so id recommend that to absolutely anybody)

Okay first up is clinique's liquid soap cleanser, i've been using this for about a year now and its really fantastic, it makes my face feel squeaky-clean without feeling dry which i really hate

i then use clinique's dramatically different moisturising lotion quite generously, again this is brilliant. the only downer i could think about it is that it's smell isn't particuarly nice, but again its not really unpleasant either

when I feel as though my skin's very dry, i use clinique's superdefence moisturiser, which ive had a couple of sample pots of. this is an aboslutely amazing cream, very thick and decadent, and smells pleasant. v.good if your skin's going through a dry phase
i really need to buy the full-size of this, although its quite expensive, so will eek out my samples until i have to...
